HSE Technical & Analytics Lead

Arteak Ltd, a leader in safety assurance and consultancy services, is seeking an HSE Data & Analytics Lead to strengthen our team. This role focuses advising on technical safety for project planning purposes as well as gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to drive effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance across our projects.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills to support our operations and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tools, systems, and strategies for data collection and analysis to support HSE reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyse HSE reports, including qualitative and quantitative data for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Arteak’s Q&HSE Management System, including processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and alignment of technical teams with Arteak’s operational procedures, deliverables, and goals.
  • Manage Arteak’s ERP system, ensuring data integrity and user support, while liaising with external software developers.
  • Maintain Arteak’s SharePoint platform, organising access and keeping shared folders up to date.
  • Create, update, and review HSE documents, including plans, risk assessments, and training materials.
  • Support tender preparations, including technical specifications and scopes of work.
  • Compile Arteak’s reporting, covering leading and lagging indicators, KPIs, and safety objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or provable experience).
  • Strong knowledge of safety practices for civil and construction environments, including familiarity with IOGP Fabrication Site Safety Practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis/visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (C2 level).
