This is an entry level role which will launch your career into the world of Logistics. You will provide general administrative support to the Logistics department extending across supply chain through to the different logistical channels; To support the logistics channels in raising of sales orders on the Dune ERP system (Island Pacific).
To help create packing lists, export invoices and other necessary documentation as required by the team.
To take responsibility for maintaining import / export data and documentation.
To analyse logistics data as appropriate.
To help monitor compliance within the import / export process.
To assist in the monitoring of third party freight and logistics providers performance.
To perform ad hoc tasks as required by the department

A background or awareness of supply chain / logistics is desirable, as well as experience of working with ERP systems (IP). Microsoft experience
