We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented consultant to be part of our thriving and successful Preston office.
The Preston location is made up of six branches supporting primary, secondary and SEN schools across Lancashire and Merseyside. As a consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team within the primary, secondary or SEN sector and will be responsible for building on a 'warm patch' which will allow you to increase your candidate pool and school base across a local area - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on. You will get a warm client base of schools and have existing candidates from the largest database.
Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff.
Proactively build and develop your own candidate database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary).
Are passionate about the difference education can make in the world, regardless of whether or not you have worked in the sector before
Have a project management mindset: you think logically through stages of activities, you plan, deliver and follow-up
