They are looking to hire a proactive, highly organised “Senior Project Manager” with a construction background to support them delivering bespoke projects across the UK, USA and Europe. This role is hugely varied, taking control of each project from inception, all the way through to completion, supporting each department as well as the senior leadership team and external contractors and clients. End to end project management of multiple bespoke projects for clients across the globe
Set and work to deadlines, tracking each project
Co-ordinate internal resources across the departments, as well as managing external contractors and installers
Take control of 3 key areas of the business, ensuring maximum commercial gain and delivering an exceptional service for each client
Client facing, relaying updates and answering queries regarding projects, timeframes and budgets etc.
Management of project schedules including resource/cost loading, managing risks, issues and change Ideal candidate
2/3 years experience within a project management role
strong experience with budget management
