The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of both our company and the professionals we support. You will use your expertise to lead recruitment strategies, deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing bespoke solutions.
  • engage, and attract top talent using a blend of traditional and innovative methods.
  • detailed interviews and selection processes to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and potential.
  • an ongoing usage and overall commitment to the latest technology / tech trends supporting your day to day role.
  • ongoing insightful market knowledge and advice to both clients and candidates, demonstrating your true market expertise.
  • terms of business & employment, mediating for Loom Talent, between our client and / or candidate.
  • an exemplary level of integrity and professionalism throughout your employment with the company.

Desired Attributes:

  • Years proven recruitment experience.
  • experience across Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or HR would be advantageous but not essential.
  • track record of meeting and exceeding targets, ideally with an annual career billing average of £180,000+
  • communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering deep rooted, long-term relationships.
  • analytical skills with the ability to create effective recruitment strategies.
  • commitment to high standards and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • team player who thrives on collaboration but is also comfortable working independently.

  • Salary £30,000 to £40,000.
  • Uncapped Bonus potential (OTE £80K+)
