Marketing Executive

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a well-respected and established but growing professional membership body.
Established in 1979 and awarded the Royal Charter this organisation is highly innovative and forward thinking. They are proud to support their members through qualifications, training, events, and other resources. This role focuses on their learning products.
You would join a talented, friendly, and passionate marketing team. The role is mainly remote based, and the team meet at their London office at least 4 times year along with the whole company, at the events, and for team meetings. Below is some more detail on the areas you can get involved in and your responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To work alongside senior management to plan, develop and deliver innovative and effective integrated marketing campaigns for professional qualifications and brand messaging across all channels including email, PPC, social, website.
- To ensure content, collaterals and communications are always up-to-date and aligned with the wider brand strategy and guidelines.
- To see marketing campaigns through from creative brief to execution, managing relationships with agencies and ensuring adherence to the department budget.
- To manage and develop collaterals from creative briefs and copy writing through to distribution.
- To measure, report and evaluate the impact of campaigns. Follow best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations. Collect and upload leads to the database.
- To schedule, build, test, quality assure and dispatch emails, automated emails, forms, surveys and newsletters. Monitor and optimise content against key metrics including CTR, open rates and deliverability.
- To work closely with all departments (Learning, Assessment, Membership, Client Solutions) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of first-class communications.
- To collaborate with the Business Data Analyst to ensure accurate data targeting and segmentation as well as reporting.
- To work with external agencies and suppliers from brief to execution to ensure effective and on-brand communications.
- To carry out any special projects as identified by senior management team, and undertake other tasks as may be reasonably requested.
