Manager/Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager Location: 5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 9am -5pm, Fri: 9 am-4pm)
Company Overview: Our client, an industry-leading packaging manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality initiatives and support their drive for continuous improvement.
Complaint Management: Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Engage with the manufacturing process to ensure quality control and product excellence.
Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar position within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
This is an amazing opportunity for an individual to drive change, make the Quality Department their own, and support a quality culture across the business.
