Part Time Law Clerk (3-Month Contract)

Location: 2 days a week in London head office – Baker Street

Noble Restaurant Group, a leading name in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Law Clerk to join our dynamic team on a 3-month contract.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts across the UK, US, and Middle Eastern markets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations in each jurisdiction.
  • Provide legal support to the operations and business development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Director to support ongoing company initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the company’s legal documentation and liaise with external counsel as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law.
  • Proven experience with contracts in the UK, US, and Middle Eastern markets .
  • A background in or understanding of the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
