Technology Strategy Partner – Marketing Tech – London - £120k - Hybrid

So, the question is - Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey, shaping the technological landscape for my client and their client’s success? They are seeking a visionary to join their team, delving deep into their client’s needs to craft innovative technology strategies for their Marketing Automation Tool.

As the ideal candidate, you'll be a technical virtuoso, bridging the gap between their clients' aspirations and the capabilities of today's digital frontier. You'll be conducting presentations with confidence, and seamlessly integrating tech and marketing teams to facilitate smooth experiences.

Some of Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Understanding and aligning clients strategic objectives.
  • Translating strategies into actionable technology plans, leveraging existing capabilities and identifying gaps.
  • Securing buy-in across all organizational levels.
  • Coordinating implementation efforts before handover to delivery teams.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Auditing and documenting clients' technology stacks.
  • Identifying and prioritising solutions based on business value.
  • Leading discussions on marketing technology with senior client teams.
  • Proficiency in leading marketing technology platforms and ecosystems.
  • Developing detailed documentation and roadmaps for custom integrations and features.

They’re not looking for followers – they’re seeking trailblazers who thrive in the realm of possibilities, turning theories into tangible results without needing constant guidance. Your ideal background should include senior roles within marketing agencies or consultancies, where you've led from the frontlines in a technical position such as a CTO, Head of Architecture, or in similar capacities, navigating the intricate landscapes of Martech and Adtech.

Some of the Role Requirements Include:-

  • Technology & Digital Experience: Previous senior leadership role in a digital agency or marketing technology business. Demonstrated experience in managing technology projects/clients, including hands-on involvement with software development teams. Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Team Leadership Experience: Minimum 7 years overseeing large-scale tech projects in digital agencies or marketing technology businesses. Proven track record in managing enterprise-level solutions with complex integrations, preferably with distributed teams. Experience within a Marketing/communications holding company is advantageous.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with various marketing technologies, capable of addressing technical queries during interviews.
