Non-contentious transactional and legal advice work
Advising business clients on commercial property issues
Handling commercial property transactions such as sale, purchase, lease grant and assignment
Handling business sales (asset purchase and share sale) transactions involving charities and pension schemes within a commercial context – prior experience of these is not essential and can be an area for development and progression
There will be an element of networking and business development within the role as part of a close-knit supportive team with opportunities to benefit the firm as a whole through cross referral to other departments
Providing practical advice and using commercial awareness to proactively solve problems
Commercial department support – working within a team providing support to lawyers working on property elements of corporate transactions
This role has significant career development prospects
The successful candidate must have experience in running their own caseload and have the experience and desire to help develop and expand the department.
