This role is all about forging trusting relationships. They are looking for a Sales Director who not only has the capacity to forge lasting relationships with clients, but who can also develop the same skills within the sales team. It is also crucial for close, trusting relationships to be formed and maintained with those under your charge, and that open communication is facilitated. This senior sales role is not all about bringing turnover – they are looking for someone who has the management expertise to get the best out of a sales team. We are looking for a Sales Director with drive and determination, and who can create a results-oriented environment.

The Sales Director’s responsibility will be to accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. These strategies must keep the company competitive and innovative and overall aim to maximise company profit.

We seek a candidate from the printing industry who is strong at ‘field sales management’.
