Assisting the Head Chef in implementing menus that align with our brand standards and guest preferences Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are organised and prepared for service. Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques. Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets. A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality dishes What skills do I need?

Understands the important of working with a branded menu.

Experience of managing orders, food stocks and forecast against occupancy.

Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the department’s budget.
