The Head of Brand Marketing will join our Senior Management team. Leading a small team, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
Brand Management:
Enhance and maintain each individual brand identity within the portfolio, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, across the 360-marketing mix
Lead a brand identity upgrade work (in partnership with creative agency) and packaging upgrade across all portfolio.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
Digital Marketing:
Partner with Head of E-Commerce to drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI
Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing efforts across the channels (predominantly focused on digital marketing)
Leverage customer feedback and insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
We’re looking for people who hold a degree in marketing, business or related field and who have proven experience within a senior marketing role, preferably within consumer goods or horticultural industry. To be successful you will also evidence strong leaderships skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams and demonstrate:
Practical knowledge and experience of digital marketing, including social media and content marketing
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creative thinking with a passion for gardening and a deep understanding of the Mr Fothergill's brand ethos.
