This is a super exciting opportunity for a passionate foodie and inspiring chef to lead our 15 strong brigade at our central production kitchen in Bermondsey, London. Were looking for an experienced Head Chef who lives and breathes food, producing exquisite dishes day-in-day-out, ensuring under your careful guidance your team produce great results too. Our menus and services are diverse, and youll need to be able to apply your skills and passion for food to all manner of dishes and styles of cookery from simple sandwich lunches to creative canapés and innovative on-trend Client dining. Youll have minimum experience of

3

years at Head Chef level in B&I

and event catering, production or banqueting kitchens and youll be ready to take the next step in your career by applying your knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to implement our vision of being Londons best boutique hybrid contract and event caterer. Working closely with our Chef Director and Group Head Chef - youll be involved in all kitchen duties including menu development creation and planning overseeing the direction and development of the kitchen team managing all food production throughout the business complete financial management of central kitchen F&B production all within appropriate company and H&S guidelines. You must be an influential leader, leading by example in everything and able to grow and develop the team and the kitchen operation. In return we will offer you a competitive salary incremental holiday allowance contributory pension scheme and loads of other perks. We run a 6 day operation but this role would predominately be

Monday to Friday working 7-4,
