We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our team. Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting lessons to meet the needs of students.
Help manage classroom behaviour using effective and compassionate strategies.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor student progress and adjust support as needed.
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students.
