The Patent Paralegal role is central to the effective functioning of our IP team Can be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen Client Details A leader in their field Description Oversee the effective management of patent portfolios. Conduct patent searches and perform due diligence. Prepare and file patent applications. Assist in patent prosecution and litigation. Coordinate with patent attorneys and clients. Ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations. Provide administrative support to the team. Keep up-to-date with developments in patent laws.Profile A successful Patent Paralegal should have: Proficiency in patent management systems. Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills.
