No formal teaching qualifications are required, just a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire others. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative sessions to students. Share your industry expertise in Machining and Workshop Engineering with the next generation of Engineers. Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student success. Requirements: -Must include the minimum qualifications, training and experience for the roles. Level 3 qualification or higher in your field AND willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check. Passion for teaching and passing on knowledge. Occupational competence and relevant skill set. Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within 2 years (support provided) Benefits/Packages: Competitive hourly rates. (Depending on experience & qualifications) - Include phrase in brackets if giving a scale
