Applause IT are working with a highly innovative founder led global Cyber Security technology company to find an exceptional Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to spearhead the optimisation and automation of our system, driving business value across their growth teams technology and processes. Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to enhance business performance.
Ensure data integrity and manage processes to protect customer and business data.
Customise user experience with appropriate layouts, features, and access levels.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support.
Advocate for and incorporate AI and automation tools within Salesforce.
Champion self-serve reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
Lead efforts to introduce and encourage adoption of new Salesforce features.
Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud and or Account Engagement
Relevant Salesforce Certifications
Strong track record of driving Salesforce adoption across departments – 5 years +
Passionate about building efficient systems and processes.
Excited to work hands-on with AI and automation.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or in a related business role.
