Python, Full-stack Engineer, React (Front end) | Front office, Cross Asset Trading House | Up to £140,000 + Strong bonus | Hybrid
Python engineer, with React experience is needed for a cross asset trading house, who specialise specifically in Commodities, Energy & Equities trade execution.

As a Python engineer with React front end, you will get heavily involved in building a strategic Risk system, adding significant input and value to enable automation, improvement of risk reporting & complex calculations across the risk department. Including; counterparty risk, market risk, operational risk and credit risk.

The purpose of the full-stack, python Developer role is to rationalise Data into centralised data management area to better support process automation and build out the user interface and visualisation tools.

In a fast growing, cross asset, data-intensive department within the trading firm, the technical challenges include delivering high-quality solutions, to meet the demands of the business, working closely with the front office & risk.

This Full stack Python, React role is paying up to £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The firm operate in a hybrid way of working, with 2 days required from the office based outside Liverpool Street.

Experience needed for the Full Stack, Python Developer role includes
Strong full-stack Python coding skills.
Comfortable working on data-intensive applications using libraries and language features such as: NumPy; Pandas; Lambdas; Coroutines and async tasks (bonus)
Experience in, React, GraphQL, Docker
Experience working in a financial services environment, with an understanding of the trade lifecycle.
Experience in C# (desirable)

All application are built in a Python back end and React front end. Working with the lead Risk Python developer in the creation and enhancement of the risk exposure and future exposure engine, as well as working on the market risk limits engine. With the back end in Python and front end risk portal built in React
