Interim Senior Management Accountant Day Rate | £450-550 per day – Outside IR35
Location | Brighton – Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site
Contract | Initial 3–6 month contract
We’re partnered with a £30m ARR, private equity–backed SaaS business undergoing a period of rapid growth and operational change. As they prepare for a system migration and strengthen the month-end and reporting cadence, the business is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Management Accountant to provide stability, insight, and hands-on support.
This is a key assignment within a lean finance function, blending technical rigour with the ability to drive process improvements. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and wider leadership team, you’ll ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while supporting the business through an ERP transition.
Full ownership of monthly management accounts and supporting commentary
Financial and statutory accounting, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Supporting an upcoming ERP implementation scheduled for early Q1
Improving financial processes, controls, and reporting consistency
You’ll be a capable and detail-driven finance professional with strong experience in fast-paced, scaling environments—ideally within SaaS, technology, or private equity–backed businesses. Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Strong technical management accounting and month-end experience
Prior involvement in ERP migrations or system implementations
Ability to work on-site in Brighton 3 days per week
