Job Description

As a commercial real estate associate;

  • Handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial property law.
  • Contributing to the firm's business development and marketing activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Real Estate Associate should have/be;

  • England & Wales qualified Solicitor
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A client-focused approach and a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice.
