As the Maintenance multiskilled plumber, you will work closely with the Site Team and Account Manager. Low Usage Water Flushing
Water Meter reads
To attend emergencies, inside and outside of normal working hours (following probation period and when on on-call rota).
Ensuring records for tasks are completed and tasks updated on elogs system and report to the helpdesk team.
Assisting all the contractors when they are attendance.
You will ideally have a trade background, preferably M&E biased in all plumbing.
You will hold previous experience in a similar maintenance/facility/ role.
Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change.
To aid Engineer Supervisor, Helpdesk Co-ordinator and Account Manager if required with direct assistance.
The post holder must accept responsibility for ensuring that the policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety in the workplace are always adhered to.
The post holder must respect the confidentiality of data stored electronically and by other means in line with the Data Protection Act.
