Multi Drop Food Delivery Driver

Hours of work: 48 hours Per Week (Monday - Friday + Saturday AM) + overtime

To ensure the speedy, efficient and accurate delivery of assembled product and invoices to the customer within the corporate guidelines.

All staff are expected to understand the principles of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 68/01) which is reflected in our SOP - REF Chapter 1 AHDL GDP 1.All other GDP training will be job specific and as per your personal training matrix

To maintain a safe and competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.
• To have a daily check to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition including a check of the lights, brakes, coolant, etc.
• To maintain the security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.
• To collect goods returned for credit, mail, delivery bins and their safe return to the branch at all times.
• To ensure Housekeeping standards are maintained.
• To help maintain good customer relations.
• Building Customer Loyalty - Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• A full driving license must be held relevant to the vehicle being driven
• Existing employees must update fleet services accordingly with any changes to their license status e.g. points on their license, driving bans etc
• Previous experience of multi-drop delivery driving is highly desirable
• Route planning experience
