We are undertaking a search on behalf of a growing control system integration business who are looking to strengthen their team by adding a Control Systems Engineer to the projects division of the business. This is a medium sized business with a UK-wide operation that has historic partnerships with large multinational corporations and government agencies. These are some of the world’s biggest and fastest growing manufacturers and businesses who love to resource innovative technology-heavy projects to meet their own customer’s needs. In addition to their normal order book of business within materials handling, this control system integration business has won a string of new long-term contracts for upgrades, new control system design and installation work, and of course consultancy opportunities. The business has a track record of supporting engineers through chartership and beyond – not through tired ‘one size fits all professional development’ policies that exist in most companies, but bespoke programmes tailored around each engineer. We’re looking for: Siemens PLC experience – TIA portal Material handling controls projects experience Over 5 years experience writing PLCs from scratch Experience within Airports is advantageous In return the company offer above-market packages, training and development to see you through to chartership, and opportunities to progress into the senior leadership team.
