Senior Structural Engineers
We are currently working with a leading provider of construction consulting services with a comprehensive background in Structural and Civil Engineering. They are actively on the lookout for a Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience to join their office in Norwich. The company has a track record of working across numerous sectors, including retail, data centres, logistics, residential, logistics and energy.
The successful candidate will have BEng/MEng in Structural Engineering and a working history of the production of design solutions from draft to fully coordinated layouts. Expertise in the use of Tekla Structural Designer and design of different structural steel building types would be advantageous.
There is currently a real emphasis on data centre and distribution centre projects, many of which have an international dimension with the opportunity for working trips abroad being a genuine reality on offer. Experience of large complex steel structures and expertise in use of Tekla Structural Designer is desirable.
The successful candidate will have a BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering and be either chartered or working towards chartership (MIStructE or MICE). Significant previous experience of managing whole design processes, from concept to construction will be advantageous, as well as previous experience in day-to-day running of a variety of projects.
