Title: Grid Manager/HVDC Engineer

Contract Length: Initial 6 months (high potential for extension)

Start: End of June/July

  • 5-10 years HVDC experience
  • Working with electrical and wind in a client role so effectively supervising the EPC contractor
  • Working on bringing the operational notification process together (currently in early stages)
  • Look after RTDS for WTG and HVDC modelling
  • Supervisions and management of HVDC contractor studies and electrical studies and models
  • Coordinating between WTG contractor and HVDC contractor for integration of WTG models
  • Working closely with HVDC package in regards to design of HVDC system and C&P
  • HVDC experience is key
  • Lead electrical profiles with HVDC expertise and protection and control and system operations exp. would be fine.
