Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our digital marketing efforts, using a blend of strategic thinking and creative execution to increase our brand’s online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics, to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Manage and optimise SEO/SEM campaigns to increase visibility and rankings in search engine results.
- Lead content marketing efforts, including the creation and distribution of engaging, relevant content across various platforms to attract and retain audiences.
- Analyse digital marketing analytics, report on results, and refine strategies based on insights gained.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to keep Ikaroa ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and maximise the impact of digital marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, as well as work collaboratively across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
