Director, Custody FX and Program Trading Product Management

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the custody and FX product landscape, a proven track record in product management, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Lead the custody FX Product management team in EMEA, setting the strategic direction and driving the development and execution of the product roadmap. 
Work closely with sales, trading, partners in Asset Servicing and other internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize new product opportunities, and to ensure successful product launches.
Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, legal, risk and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful sign-off of the product design, in accordance with the product approval processes.
Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure that our product offering is compliant and competitive.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
Vast working experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong leadership and management skills preferred.
