A passionate, experienced Product Marketing Manager for Orbus Software, joining a vibrant and inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. This individual has solid experience in understanding and clearly articulating the business value of B2B software and its USPs, including understanding customer challenges and articulating go-to-market messaging, as well creating a range of compelling collateral assets and website content for different target segments and marketing channels. Should possess a thirst and ability to learn ‘in depth’ our products and the business outcomes they enable for our customers, and leverage this to support the sales and wider customer-facing teams in GTM activities which support the rapid growth trajectory of the company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the OrbusInfinity SaaS platform, the use cases it serves, pain points it addresses and the value it delivers to customers.
  • Manage and progress multiple projects (from a Product marketing prospective) concurrently within product updates/launches, and market growth campaigns aimed at expanding market presence.
  • Expand and enhance existing product messaging that sets Orbus apart from others in the market to clearly articulate our ‘unique selling points’ (USPs)
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, sales data and telemetry dashboards to understand how our product is perceived and understood.
  • Establish close relationships with Marketing Colleagues, Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, Business Development Reps, and Customer and Product Teams
  • Create or contribute to top and bottom of the funnel content such as pitch decks, collateral, case studies, videos and website copy
  • Load, curate and update and communicate PM assets on Highspot CMS for GTM teams
  • Create different sales assets for different industry verticals to support the AEs and SDRs aligned to different verticals and micro verticals
  • Plan and facilitate product enhancement communications and associated content involving several different departments
  • Conduct market research and win/loss data analysis to inform product pricing, positioning and roadmap
  • Gather competitive intelligence to inform GTM teams, enrich competitor assets and increase competitive deal win-rates

Desired Experience

  • B2B software product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successful product launches, campaign execution, and market penetration.
  • Strong experience of UK and/or North American territories , trends and customer needs
  • Technically adept, not afraid to delve into product detail, do in-depth competitor comparisons, and create technical datasheets and content
  • Solid technical understanding and experience of SaaS and/or Cloud hosted products, demonstrating a clear understanding of cloud architectures, service models, and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent people skills to interact and build strong relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, customers and partners
  • An entrepreneurial mentality: self-motivated, driven and committed with high energy levels, a proactive approach to problem solving and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Hands on and delivery focused, committed to results and growing the business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to create and give clear and compelling value proposition presentations, and collateral
  • Knowledge of any of the following business functions advantageous: Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management, Business Process Analysis, risk, compliance, or cloud security.
