We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our Quality team in Derby.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry supporting people is at the heart of our business.
As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer you will be responsible for the approval, maintenance, management and improvement of manufacturing processes and quality requirements for the vast supply chain that Incora manages. Monitor and improve the manufacturing processes and governance of fixed process adherence within the supply chain
Proactive or immediately reactive response to customer concerns and questions about products and services from Incora sub-tier suppliers
Lead/participate in root cause analysis, problem solving, and Quality investigations.
Application of quality tools according to industry standards, e.Degree in Engineering (with at least 2 years of relevant experience) or significant time-served as a Quality Engineer
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Practical experience working with aerospace standards
Practical knowledge of advanced quality tools (e.g. Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100, AS9120, ISO9001)
Aerospace or automotive based, Product-specific or process-specific expertise would be an asset
Experience in problem resolution/root cause analysis
Starting salary between £42,000 and £46,000 depending on experience.
