Executive Assistant to Chief HR Officer

The Executive Assistant to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) has a busy and varied role supporting both the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) through a variety of tasks and projects that help ensure a smooth running of the Global HR Function.
You will assist in problem-solving and implementing initiatives across Europe, APAC, and the Americas, engaging in various tasks and business-critical projects that provide insight into the broader organization.
This is not a traditional EA role, and does not require you to have knowledge of HR. A passion and knowledge of communications or social media management would however be highly beneficial.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects
Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
