About Us: The Social PR is a creative agency, reinventing PR through experiential marketing & talent management. As a small but dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced  Operations Manager to help refine and develop our operational processes while providing support to our growing PR and Talent teams. Team Management: Provide efficient support to the PR and Talent teams, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. You’ll help maintain an organised, productive workflow across the business.
Cultural Development: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a strong, positive company culture, ensuring team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to perform at their best.
Account Strategy & Project Leadership: Contribute to shaping account strategies and lead key projects from initial planning to final execution. Your financial acumen will help optimise the agency's profitability without compromising quality.
Optimise Team Structure & Planning: Work to streamline the team structure and operational planning, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and processes are optimised for maximum productivity.
Business Monitoring & Reporting: You’ll provide regular reporting and insights to the senior leadership team, helping to drive strategic decision-making.
You'll help build scalable systems to support the company's growth.
Support Business Growth Strategy: Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement the overarching business growth strategy. Proven experience in operations, preferably within a PR, media, or talent management environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and drive profitability.
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company, supporting business growth, and optimising our day-to-day operations.
