Our top retail client are looking for an Infrastructure Security Delivery Lead to join them on a 12 month contract basis.
This role is needed to spearhead critical programmes across Security, Network, and Data Centre Services. This role is pivotal in delivering a robust Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation and driving strategic infrastructure transformation.
Lead the delivery of a ZTNA VPN replacement project, ensuring performance, stability, and security across the enterprise.
Govern service delivery across multiple vendors and managed service providers, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
Oversee service design and introduction, ensuring new solutions are operable, scalable, and aligned with cybersecurity and architectural standards.
Manage operational and cost risks, ensuring infrastructure platforms remain secure, robust, and performant.
Develop business cases and deployment plans for future ZTNA use cases, with a focus on long-term value and operational excellence.
Extensive experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure and security programmes in high-demand environments.
Strong background in service delivery management, including vendor governance, service transition, and continuous improvement.
Technical expertise in areas such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, NSX, VPN, SOC/SIEM, AD, MFA, SSO, VMware, and hybrid cloud.
Experience in retail (online and physical).
