to join our team in Swindon supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. As Lead Driver Trainer you will be responsible for the running of the day to day training operation, ensuring the Training Team are managed on performance while tracking the driver population to ensure deadlines around training are met.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday
15:30 with some flexibility needed, this is logistics after all

Ensuring the training calendar is fully populated each week and executed in line with or as close to the original plan
Monitor the flow of unit availability to ensure vehicles are avaliable when planned training needs and have been circulated in
Working with the Compliance and QHSE Teams to ensure drivers are fully compliance with legal and company requirements
Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs when required
