The Company: The owner of a market-leading luxury interiors and home furnishings brand, established 45 years, with operations in the UK, Europe and north America.
The Role: A newly-created vacancy for a talented Linkedin Content Executive (writer of posts, blogs and case studies etc) who is also a keen photographer and/or videographer, to report to the Head of Marketing and join the team on a part-time flexible-hours basis.
The focus of the remit is to produce small articles for Linkedin and other social platforms highlighting the company’s products and achievements, working in collaboration with the commercial sales team, including making site visits to take photos/videos etc. The role also includes a key involvement in the production of B2B marketing materials, POS, brochures and exhibition stand decoration and fit-out etc. As a valued member of the department the jobholder will also assist on other online and offline marketing activities, as required.
The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced product marketing professional - most likely (but not necessarily) a graduate - who can demonstrate prior success in a similar promotional role with a consumer brand. The key requirements are a flair for writing lucid and engaging (but not over-long) online content and knowledge of Linkedin and how to maximise its potential reach. In addition to a social media marketing pedigree, the job-holder will have a passion for brand-building, a natural creative flair and a highly organized approach to project management. This is an exciting opportunity - available on a flexible 20-25 hours per week basis - for a versatile and gifted marketer to play a key role in the presentation of a national market-leading luxury brand. The role is office-based in Cheshire, conveniently located for easy access from all points of the northwest via the motorway network, but it will also involve regular site-visits to film the company’s products.
