Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Preston Start Date: Immediate

Classification: Temporary (Ongoing) Qualifications: CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid We Are Footprint seeks a skilled Site Manager to spearhead a temporary contract focused on the refurbishment of hospitality suites, infusing them with new life and luxury. This is an excellent opportunity on a major sports arena, working on a fast-track hands on Site Manager with qualitative experience in the fit-out sector.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrable experience in managing refurbishment projects, preferably within the hospitality or sports sector.

- A strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.

- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

- Proficient in relevant construction software and a solid understanding of building regulations and codes.

- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work.
