Responsibilities:
  1. Leading the construction, engineering, and development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  2. Overseeing the feasibility assessment and design process for new developments and renovations.
  3. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to align project objectives with business goals.
  4. Implementing best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
  5. Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and targets.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in project management and construction within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is highly desirable.
