Job Description Marketing Manager
Hours: Full-time , Monday to Friday – 9.25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)
~ Flexible working
~ Hybrid working available (after 6 months’ probation)
~ European travel
Our client operates internationally in the field of electroacoustics as a manufacturer of loudspeaker systems and electronics for high quality speech and music reproduction or sound reinforcement in public places, they are regarded as one of the leading companies in this market. We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a creative, energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s marketing strategy and enhancing their brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Marketing Strategy Development - collaborating with the Head of EMEA Marketing, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.
Distributor Collaboration – building and managing strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region.
Marketing Communications – managing the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Strategic Partnerships - developing and managing the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.
Exhibition and Event Management – developing a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPI’s.
Public Relations and Social Media - creating PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries.
Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip).
Management experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre or Cultural Arts is essential.
knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
