As a HR & Executive Assistant you will joining an engaging and knowledgeable team who provide the best possible service to their clients in the events sector. They are experts in providing top-class temporary and permanent space solutions for their customers.

Your main day to day duties will include, but are not limited to minute taking, managing ISO certificates, preparing letters and presentations, assisting with the daily operation of HR, planning meetings, booking transportation and accommodation for the MD and dealing with sensitive information.

We’re looking for someone who has come from a similar role where they are responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and have a sound knowledge of HR processes and policy. You’ll also understand the need for discretion should the situation require it.

You’ll need to hold a full UK driving license for this role and be willing to travel on occasion.

The salary is on at £28,000 to £35,000 (DOE). You’ll also get other benefits, some of which include; local gym membership and 25 days (plus bank holidays with an extra day added for each complete year of services).
