As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you’ll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. * Previous experience of working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment is desirable but not essential

* A willingness to coach, guide and support your team, including providing formal and informal programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals
