- Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in managing challenging behaviours.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with challenging behaviours.
- Assist with the implementation of individual behaviour plans and strategies.
- Support classroom teachers in managing behaviours during lessons.
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the school.
