Organisation Brighton & Hove City Council

Craven Vale is a care setting encompassing 12 Adult Social Care funded reablement beds and 2 Bariatric Health funded reablement beds. Clients are referred to us from the acute hospital setting with a variety of medical conditions.
To assess the home environment and promote independence and minimise risk by recommending and providing assistive devices and adaptations.
To refer onto appropriate community services within Adult Social Care, Health and Voluntary organisations.
To be involved in the day to day running of the Occupational Therapy service, as appropriate.
To attend appropriate training when available, e.g. Adult Social Care reporting systems (Eclipse)
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check.
