The Role:
This Contracts Manager’s role is with a leading regional Main Contractor, they have established themselves as a market leader in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £1m - £20million.
The Role:
We are looking for a Contracts Manager who can manage multiple schemes at any one and your role will include
* Manage resources for the execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
* Track and measure project performance
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
* Procurement of consultant and sub-contractor appointments including scope of services
* Ability to manage designers and consultants to ensure design deliverables are issued.
* Close Out projects
