Job Description

This is a clinical role and the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and evidence based clinical care, including phlebotomy and cannulation, assisting consultants with minor operations and procedures, wound management, injections, chaperoning, etc.

The post holder will be expected to regularly assess and deliver direct patient care in order to maintain professional competence, authority and credibility. To set and maintain high standard of care and be accountable for auditing and monitoring of care. To work flexible in order to meet the needs of the service.

To assist Outpatient Lead with stock checks and orders To work with all members of the multi professional team to develop services to ensure the effective provision of all aspects of clinical care are maintained at a high standard.
