1485 Ltd are partnered with a scaling D2C wellness brand. We're expecting to see explosive growth in this business in 2025 , with all of the pieces now being in place - except this position.

As the Paid Media Lead, you will:

  • Be single handedly responsible for strategy planning and execution of all paid media campaigns across all platforms (inc. Google Ads & Meta Ads)
  • Take ownership of ad spend, revenue, CAC and ROAS targets
  • Have a hands on approach to paid search & Meta accounts - configuring, managing, optimising
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Help to expand the business into international markets

You'll be someone who:

  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of the technical side of paid search & Meta ads (involving account set up from the very onset)
  • Has a detailed understanding of ecommerce customer acquisition
  • Can display real success in driving high growth at a healthy CAC
