Bursley Way Out School Club is looking to recruit a manager to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated team based at Bursley Academy in Bradwell, Newcastle, Staffs starting 1 st July 2024.

As this post is also during the school holidays, some degree of flexibility for the rota will be required.

25 Hours per week: Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 09:00 then 15:15 to 18:15 during term time then on a rota basis for holidays (to be discussed).

We are looking for a manager who:

  • Has experience of a play-based setting Has experience of working in a management/supervisory capacity Has proven leadership skills Has a working knowledge of Ofsted framework and Early Years Is committed to creating an environment which supports, stimulates and challenges young people Is a caring professional who has the highest expectations for all young people, fellow staff and themselves Is able to plan, prepare and deliver quality play opportunities Has knowledge of first aid and health and safety
