Business Development:

  • Drive business growth by expanding client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

Team Collaboration:

  • Share industry knowledge and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant, with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and talent landscape.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
