A fantastic opportunity to join a Brighton-based SME operating in the healthcare sector. Established in late 2018, this business has gone from strength to strength and has recently been awarded a new contract to further extend it's reach. Working in a team of 10, this position is a mixture of administration and customer service. Dealing with inbound queries via phone
Data entry, updating customer records and handling confidential information in line with GDPR
Uploading documents to the database
Liaising with internal stakeholdersWorking hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Hybrid working is available (1 week in, 1 week wfh). Parking is available on site.
You'll have previous administration experience, including data entry, updating internal databases/systems and responding to internal/external queries. You'll receive an annual salary of £25k plus a 5% bonus, 28 days holiday and the option for hybrid working. Parking available on site.
