Job Title: Senior Project Planner - Offshore Wind Farm

Contract Type: Contract (1 year)

Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team working on an Offshore Wind Farm project in the UK. This is a fully remote position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the renewable energy sector from the comfort of your own home. The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the offshore wind farm project.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules with overall project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate schedule risks and constraints to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor progress against project plans and schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Generate reports and present project progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project planning best practices.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Proven experience working as a planner on offshore wind farm projects is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience using Primavera P6 software for project planning and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details:

  • Contract length: 1 year
  • IR35 Status: Outside IR35
  • Pay Rate: £500 - £600 per day
