We are looking for someone who has extensive experience of producing brand videos, TV advertising campaigns and social video content. Someone who has worked at an agency of similar production company and now wants to take the next step in their career, expanding and developing their skills across the entire production process.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Producer to oversee the creation of TV advertising campaigns, brand films, and social video content from concept to completion. If you're passionate about every aspect of the production process and have a knack for building strong client relationships, we want you to be a key part of our future.

Your Background:

You should have extensive experience in a senior production role within an agency or production company setting. This position is ideal for someone looking to demonstrate their skills across the entire production process, help nurture a passionate and exciting team, and grow your skills even more with a forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full life cycle of production projects, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery without compromising creative quality.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Production.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and agencies.
  • Source and hire freelancers with the necessary skills.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years' experience in producing video content for online and TV commercials.
  • Proficiency in producing and directing both location and studio shoots.
  • A thorough understanding of the TV and video production workflow.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with diverse clients.
